Building a Company that Values Drivers

In 2008, Will Bolden began his journey as a truck driver, learning the ins and outs of the industry firsthand. He spent years on the road, building a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed as a driver and what drivers truly need to thrive. His experiences led him to realize that many companies didn’t offer the level of flexibility and freedom that drivers deserved, which sparked the idea of starting his own trucking company. Will’s vision was simple: create a company that prioritizes the success and satisfaction of its drivers, offering them the autonomy to control their careers while being rewarded for their hard work. 

In 2012, that vision became a reality with the founding of WBOLDen LLC. Will’s goal was to create a place where truck drivers could feel valued and empowered, with opportunities to succeed on their terms. His years of experience on the road have shaped the company's core values and operations, ensuring that every driver, whether owner-operator or company driver, is given the freedom and support they need to excel. Today, WBOLDen LLC continues to operate with the same commitment to its drivers that Will envisioned from the very beginning.
